Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for mission-critical IT initiatives, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment with corporate supply chain objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal productivity across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and senior management through regular status reporting and executive presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline project management methodologies and IT governance frameworks.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT compliance, security standards, and global data privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, enterprise-level system implementations or infrastructure upgrades.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
