Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT enterprise accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify improvement areas
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Resolve complex client issues and ensure timely resolution of any concerns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in IT or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and enterprise infrastructure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
