Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to achieve category growth targets.
  • Analyze internal and external market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with key sellers to enhance their product assortment, pricing strategy, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to internal stakeholders to improve overall category performance metrics.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, GMV, and traffic.
  • Lead periodic business reviews with high-value accounts to ensure alignment with platform goals.
  • Partner with marketing and logistics teams to execute large-scale campaigns and seasonal promotional events.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in key account management, category management, or e-commerce consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards like Tableau/PowerBI).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the Malaysian retail and e-commerce landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-evolving digital environment.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets into clear, executive-level presentations.
