Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and design the overall operational strategy for the cooperative, aligning with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and member satisfaction.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for cooperative activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cooperative members and stakeholders.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for cooperative development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cooperative management or community development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian cooperative laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
