Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance department to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure operational readiness.
- Manage the maintenance budget, track costs, and negotiate with vendors for spare parts and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production managers to troubleshoot technical problems and minimize production downtime.
- Document maintenance records and prepare detailed reports on equipment status and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing or industrial maintenance sector.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Valid engineering certification (SKN) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
- Willingness to work in Tangerang, Banten.
