Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and support staff to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and safety audits to ensure full compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including the procurement of spare parts, tools, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with production managers to align maintenance schedules with production goals and workflow requirements.
- Oversee the preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all building systems, HVAC, and heavy machinery.
- Implement and monitor CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track work orders and inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the metalworking or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., SMK3/OSHA equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude for diagnosing complex mechanical issues.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
