Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level mechanical engineers.
- Collaborate with the CenEx team to implement cutting-edge, sustainable engineering solutions.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to stringent quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design workflows and technical best practices.
- Represent Beca in industry forums and advocate for excellence in sustainable mechanical systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, and sustainability benchmarks (Green Mark).
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) status or eligibility for professional registration in Singapore is highly regarded.
