In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for growing YouTube's music business by forging strategic partnerships with major music labels, independent artists, and content creators.
Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, negotiate high-value deals, and amplify the reach of your partners through YouTube's powerful platform. You will act as a bridge between the music industry and Google's product ecosystem, leveraging data-driven insights to develop innovative business strategies that benefit all stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end business development strategy for music labels and partners across the APAC region.
- Negotiate and structure complex licensing and partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and executives.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Engineering) to launch new initiatives.
- Advocate for the needs of music partners and creators within the Google ecosystem.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of current partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Music, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the music or digital media industry.
- Deep understanding of the APAC music market and YouTube's music products.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing high-value contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
