Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse global team of network engineers and implementation specialists.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex network infrastructure projects from design through deployment.
- Develop and implement AI-driven tools and automation frameworks to optimize network delivery workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including software engineering, product management, and site reliability teams.
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track deployment efficiency and network performance.
- Ensure adherence to global security, quality, and reliability standards for all network implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to identify and mitigate bottlenecks in current delivery pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure deployment, or technical project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale network delivery projects in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud architecture, and data center infrastructure.
- Experience in developing automation scripts (Python, Go, or similar) to improve operational workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with AI/ML tools for operational efficiency is highly desirable.
