Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a global network delivery team to achieve operational excellence and project milestones.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Drive digital transformation strategies by modernizing network workflows and adopting emerging technologies.
- Manage vendor partnerships and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal network performance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with network delivery and implementation processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical roadmaps and deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network engineering, project management, or IT delivery.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless networking technologies.
- Experience with cloud networking platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
