Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN).
- Ensure 99.99% network availability and implement robust disaster recovery and failover mechanisms.
- Monitor network performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and optimize capacity planning.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate SLAs, and evaluate new networking technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce strict network security policies, including firewall management and intrusion detection.
- Prepare and manage the annual network infrastructure budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Provide executive-level reporting on network status, projects, and incident resolutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Deep technical knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), SD-WAN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of network security principles, firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet), and network access control (NAC).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale network migrations and upgrades.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
