Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly non-food revenue targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, display merchandising, and quality control.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales reports and consumer trends to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to maximize foot traffic and product conversion rates.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure optimal product availability and supply chain flow.
- Implement and enforce company policies regarding safety, compliance, and workplace conduct.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, specifically in non-food categories.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools (Excel, POS systems, ERP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the Jakarta retail landscape.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
