- Lead strategic planning and execution of OIE's innovation roadmap
- Develop and manage partnerships with healthcare startups, industry leaders, and government bodies
- Oversee the innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization
- Manage cross-functional teams including researchers, clinicians, and industry experts
- Drive agile project methodologies for healthcare solution development
- Secure and manage innovation grants and funding opportunities
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture within LKCMedicine
- Monitor healthcare technology trends and emerging innovations
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation management or healthcare technology leadership
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and product development
- Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and partnership building
- Expertise in healthcare innovation ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling healthcare solutions
- Experience in academic-industry collaboration environments
