Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operational activities and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operational staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of services and resources.
- Monitor operational budgets and financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure full compliance with company regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in any field (Minimum D3, Bachelor's Degree/S1 is preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position, specifically within the Hospitality or Tourism industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with operational management software and tools.
