- Manage daily workshop operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Lead and mentor technical staff to ensure high performance and skill development
- Implement and maintain quality control standards for all repair services
- Oversee inventory management, parts ordering, and cost control measures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure service satisfaction
- Develop and improve operational procedures for enhanced efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop management or automotive operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in workshop management software and inventory systems
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective solutions
- Certification in automotive technology or management preferred
