Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and long-term maintenance strategy for the wind farm facility to ensure maximum energy production and asset reliability.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, regional, and international regulations, environmental permits, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of O&M personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, including capital expenditure (CapEx) planning for turbine upgrades and infrastructure repairs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to identify areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services and emergency repairs.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and cost containment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations and maintenance within the renewable energy or power generation sector, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology, SCADA systems, and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) license or relevant engineering certifications.
- Willingness to travel to remote sites and work in varying weather conditions.
