Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize cost efficiency
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning and process improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development capabilities
- Knowledge of operational best practices in F&B industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
