Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the instructional design team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Design and develop comprehensive e-learning courses, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning solutions using ADDIE methodologies.
- Analyze operational training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to accurately capture and translate technical and operational knowledge into accessible content.
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery and evaluation.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning technologies and instructional design to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or educational technology.
- Proven experience managing a team of instructional designers or trainers.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
