- Lead and mentor a high-performing ground operations team to achieve service excellence and productivity targets
- Oversee daily workflow management including sorting, transportation, and delivery operations
- Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven action plans for continuous improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and FedEx operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance customer experience
- Manage resource allocation, budget planning, and performance reporting for the ground operations unit
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics operations with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume distribution environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and drive decision-making
- Expertise in logistics software and warehouse management systems
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to develop talent
