Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service quality control
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and seasonal offerings
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate supply contracts for optimal cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive F&B management experience in hospitality or tourism sector
- Proven track record in outlet operations, team leadership, and revenue generation
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in F&B management systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
