Hong Leong Bank is seeking an accomplished Manager to lead our Payments Centre of Excellence in Sabah. This pivotal role involves overseeing end-to-end payment operations, driving strategic initiatives in digital payments, and ensuring seamless transaction experiences for customers. You'll spearhead innovation in payment technologies while maintaining rigorous compliance standards and fraud prevention protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Payments Centre of Excellence team, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end payment processing systems, including authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation
- Develop and implement robust fraud detection mechanisms and risk mitigation strategies for payment channels
- Drive innovation in payment solutions, including digital wallets, real-time payments, and emerging payment technologies
- Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations, PCI-DSS standards, and anti-money laundering frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and optimize payment workflows
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships in the payments ecosystem
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in payments technology, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Deep expertise in payment systems, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance (BNM, PCI-DSS)
- Proven track record in leading payment transformation projects and digital innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret payment data and drive strategic decisions
- Experience managing payment gateways, acquiring systems, and payment orchestration platforms
- Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, PMP) or equivalent industry qualifications
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building and developing high-performance teams
