- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers to consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to acquire and retain high-net-worth clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster long-term relationships with key corporate and individual clients through proactive financial advisory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to promote integrated banking solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in banking, specifically in Personal Financial Services or Wealth Management.
- Proven track record in team leadership, business development management, and sales leadership.
- Strong product knowledge regarding loans, insurance, investments, and unit trusts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
