Are you a seasoned operations professional with a passion for excellence in financial services? Great Eastern, a leading insurance provider, is looking for a dedicated Manager, Premium & Payment Services to join our Kuala Lumpur team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing, collection, and policy payout operations. Your objective is to ensure that all financial transactions are executed with precision, timeliness, and strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards, ultimately contributing to a seamless customer experience.
You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline payment workflows, mitigate operational risks, and drive continuous process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of premium billing, collection, and policy payout processes.
- Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to reduce operational turnaround times and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and finance departments to resolve payment discrepancies and system errors.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and management dashboards to track team KPIs and operational health.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to foster professional growth and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance operations, premium administration, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, billing systems, and financial reconciliation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a mid-sized operational team.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, particularly in handling financial data and sensitive client information.
