Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of process engineers focused on Pick-up and Delivery (PUD) optimization.
- Design, analyze, and optimize airport gate planning and ground movement strategies to maximize asset utilization and minimize service delays.
- Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to systematically improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and track strategic KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on network performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hub Operations, Safety, IT, Fleet) to implement process automation and standardization initiatives.
- Conduct capacity planning and simulation modeling for sort operations and dispatch areas to handle peak volumes effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards across operational processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Process Engineering within high-volume logistics, aviation ground handling, or supply chain environments.
- Proven track record in a managerial or supervisory capacity, with strong people leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification strongly preferred), and Kaizen methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, FlexSim) for capacity and workflow modeling.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing change across a large organization.
