FFM Berhad is seeking a dynamic Manager, Production to drive operational excellence in our manufacturing division. As a key leader, you'll orchestrate daily production activities to meet customer demand while ensuring optimal efficiency and quality standards. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of feed production processes, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to implement lean manufacturing principles, maintain compliance with safety protocols, and achieve production KPIs. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet targets and customer demand
- Oversee feed production operations ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Lead production teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to maintain workflow continuity
- Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain product standards and certifications
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in manufacturing
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and optimizing processes
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives
- Proficient in production planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent preferred
