Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of New Product Introductions (NPIs)
- Lead production ramp-up initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective scaling
- Develop and implement cost-optimized solutions that meet customer requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for CX stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in program management, preferably in manufacturing or technology
- Proven track record of successfully delivering NPIs and managing production ramp-ups
- Strong experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost optimization
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in CX-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
