Nickel Asia Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Project Readiness and Integration to lead critical initiatives within the EPI (Energy Projects, Inc.) Business Development and Operations. In this pivotal role, you will assume full responsibility for all project activities at the site, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness for our power projects. We are looking for a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between development and execution, managing complex timelines and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to align technical requirements with business objectives, managing site logistics, and ensuring that all integration milestones are met efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Assume full responsibility for all project activities at the site for power projects under the EPI Business Development and Operations.
- Lead the integration of power projects, ensuring technical specifications are met during the transition to operations.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development, to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Manage risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all site locations.
- Oversee site readiness activities, including resource allocation, equipment staging, and preliminary operational checks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within the mining, energy, or power sector.
- Proven experience in managing site activities and leading integration phases for industrial or power projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with business development and operations units is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
