Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional looking to make a significant impact in the manufacturing or medical sector? Korn Ferry is seeking a high-caliber Manager, QA/QC to be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior QA/QC Manager to drive operational excellence, enforce rigorous compliance standards, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing, implementing, and refining Quality Management (QM) systems. Your primary goal is to enhance process consistency, minimize non-conformances, and ensure that all production outputs meet stringent regulatory and internal quality benchmarks. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented leader to shape quality strategies and lead cross-functional teams toward manufacturing excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Senior QA/QC Manager to design and execute robust Quality Management systems.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide the QA/QC team to maintain high standards of testing, inspection, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-conformance rates and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the documentation and reporting of quality metrics for management review.
- Ensure all laboratory and manufacturing processes adhere to safety and quality protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in QA/QC management within a manufacturing or medical production environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or related quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
