Join our dynamic team as Manager, Quality Assurance for Teamfight Tactics (TFT) and lead quality initiatives for one of the world's most popular strategy games. As a pivotal member of our development ecosystem, you'll manage a cross-functional team of 5 QA professionals collaborating with software engineers, content developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. Your strategic oversight will ensure comprehensive test coverage across all game features, live operations, and major updates. You'll champion quality-first methodologies, drive process improvements, and mentor team members to excel in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 QA professionals, fostering professional growth and high performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, and backend systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks for regression and performance testing
- Drive defect management lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Implement quality metrics and reporting to track team performance and product quality
- Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts for seasonal events and major content drops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in team leadership roles
- Proven expertise in game testing methodologies and live service environments
- Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Unity Test Framework)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Deep knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and QA best practices
