Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control all project costs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.
- Prepare accurate project estimates, cost plans, and detailed bills of quantities (BoQ).
- Oversee the tender process, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular site valuations to manage variations and prepare progress reports.
- Analyze and mitigate financial risks associated with construction projects to ensure project profitability.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes and claims.
- Ensure all contractual documentation complies with local construction laws and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Quantity Surveyor role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and legal contracts.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with an uncompromising approach to accuracy.
