- Lead and manage the R&D team in developing innovative natural cosmetic products
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Stay updated with the latest trends, ingredients, and technologies in the cosmetics industry
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams
- Manage R&D budget and resources efficiently

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or related field; Master's or PhD is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the cosmetics industry
- Proven experience leading and managing R&D teams
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with product development from concept to commercialization
