Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Manage warehouse facility operations, optimizing layouts for operational efficiency and scalability
- Develop and implement facility management policies, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols
- Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations for facility-related services
- Monitor facility budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align facility strategies with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in real estate/facility management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in warehouse/construction project management and vendor oversight
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, OHS regulations, and compliance requirements
- Expertise in facility budgeting, procurement, and lifecycle cost management
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, CAD tools)
