Join Foodpanda as a Manager, Real Estate & Facilities and drive excellence in our physical infrastructure. - Oversee end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and regulatory compliance
- Manage daily operations of warehouse facilities, including maintenance, security, and safety protocols
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility services, repairs, and renovations
- Monitor facility budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility strategies with business growth objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate and facilities management, with warehouse focus
- Proven track record in managing construction projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Proficiency in facility management software and budget analysis tools
