Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet annual hiring goals and organizational needs.
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a deep understanding of technical and cultural fit.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position Petra Sejahtera Abadi as an employer of choice in the Banten region.
- Mentor and coach the recruitment team to foster professional development and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in conducting behavioral-based interviews and utilizing advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
