Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in lending strategy, product management, or financial services with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing regional lending strategies across ASEAN markets
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, partnership development, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior data
- Experience with fintech platforms and digital lending technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to stakeholders at all levels
