Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for research grants and contracts
- Provide expert financial advisory services to faculty and research departments
- Lead end-to-end grant management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with funding agency requirements and university financial policies
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with research administration to streamline financial processes
- Mentor junior finance staff and foster continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/ACCA qualification
- Minimum 7 years' experience in research finance or higher education finance
- Expertise in grant management and complex budgeting systems
- Deep understanding of Singapore research funding landscape
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of financial process improvement
