- Develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies to accelerate platform growth
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and performance optimization
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners and media agencies
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives
- Manage KPI tracking and reporting for media campaigns and partnership performance
- Mentor partnership specialists to achieve commercial targets
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in retail media, partnerships, or business development with proven revenue growth
- Experience managing B2B partnerships in tech, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Expertise in contract negotiation and commercial agreement structuring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
