Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for mitigating operational and IT risks? SMRT Trains is seeking an experienced Manager, Risk Management to lead our enterprise risk framework. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our Information & Communication Technology infrastructure and public transport operations.
You will drive the implementation of robust risk governance policies, ensuring the organization remains resilient against cyber threats, operational disruptions, and compliance challenges. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will foster a culture of risk awareness and operational excellence, safeguarding SMRT's reputation and service reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and policies aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for IT projects, infrastructure, and business continuity planning.
- Lead incident response strategies and manage crisis mitigation efforts effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, including PDPA and data protection laws.
- Perform vendor and third-party risk assessments to secure external partnerships.
- Facilitate regular risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk literacy across the organization.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and geopolitical risks to proactively advise senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Risk Management, IT Risk, or Governance.
- Certification such as CRISC, CIA, or FRM is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and mitigate threats.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
