Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for global business expansion? Ksip Independent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager Sales/Export to spearhead our international market presence. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining our global sales roadmap, identifying high-potential markets, and leveraging your existing network of international buyers to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a deep understanding of export compliance, cross-cultural negotiations, and international trade dynamics. You will work closely with our leadership team to position our products on the global stage, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term partnerships in foreign territories.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to increase international market share.
  • Identify and penetrate new international markets through deep market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proactively cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and agents.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms of trade with international partners.
  • Monitor global economic trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, production, and finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and export compliance.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports for executive management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in export sales, preferably in the manufacturing or international trade sector.
  • Proven track record of opening new international markets and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of international buyers and key industry contacts.
  • Exceptional command of business English; proficiency in additional foreign languages is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping incoterms, documentation, and export/import regulations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills.
