You will lead our sales efforts, cultivate long-term client relationships, and enhance our brand visibility across the region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes for heavy equipment, including machinery from Komatsu, Bomag, and LS.
  • Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with contractors, construction firms, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of local competition.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure clients receive the best product solutions for their specific project needs.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to strengthen the company's market presence in East Malaysia.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the heavy machinery, automotive, or construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of the heavy equipment market in East Malaysia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and local dialects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
