Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, finance, and design to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and industry partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the real estate or property development sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
