StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Manager for Sales Support & Customer Service to join our high-performing team in the West Region. This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee critical service operations within a dynamic biomedical firm, ensuring seamless communication between our sales force and valued clientele.
As our manager, you will be the backbone of our support infrastructure, driving service excellence and operational efficiency. We offer a competitive salary package up to $6,000 per month, complemented by transportation reimbursement and a stable 5-day work week in the convenient Tukang Innovation Drive area.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the customer service and sales support team to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Streamline operational workflows to improve response times for inquiries and sales support requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, resolving complex issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the sales department to track order fulfillment, logistics, and account management.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with industry-specific regulations and company internal protocols.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and service KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support, customer service management, or client relations.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of biomedical or technical product support environments is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently at our Tukang Innovation Drive facility with a professional demeanor.
