Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing workflows and implement process improvement methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor organizational health and track progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align departmental goals with university-wide strategy.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance staff capabilities and organizational culture.
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in organizational development, operations management, or change management.
- Proven track record of leading successful transformation projects within a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP).
- Experience in higher education or a multinational corporate environment is highly desirable.
