Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for Utility and Solar energy projects, from concept to commissioning.
- Manage and mentor a team of design engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and feasibility studies to determine optimal energy solutions.
- Prepare and review complex technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency in all design proposals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Solar PV, Utility, or Energy Systems design.
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior engineering capacity.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and energy modeling tools.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
