As Manager/Senior Manager of Commerce & Industry Development, you'll architect transformative strategies that connect enterprises, foster innovation, and amplify economic impact. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic partnership frameworks with industry leaders, government bodies, and multinational corporations
- Lead end-to-end management of signature events including conferences, trade missions, and industry forums
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement programs that drive membership growth and retention
- Conduct market analysis and industry research to identify emerging opportunities and program gaps
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commerce initiatives with Chamber's strategic objectives
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional team coordination
- Measure program ROI and prepare executive reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in partnership development, event management, or business growth roles
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Deep understanding of Singapore's commerce ecosystem and industry landscape
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-level executive relationships
- Strong project management certification (PMP or equivalent) highly desirable
- Experience within chamber/industry association environments advantageous
