Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle of digital and smart service development projects, from ideation and strategy to execution and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with hospital goals.
- Design and implement user-centric digital solutions that improve patient experience, staff efficiency, and service delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends, and vendor solutions to assess their potential applicability within the hospital environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices in digital product management and service design.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the performance of digital services, driving continuous improvement based on data insights.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in digital product development, service design, technology project management, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects from concept to launch, preferably within the healthcare sector or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, design thinking methodologies, and agile software development processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with data analytics tools and the ability to leverage insights for decision-making and service improvement.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and relevant regulatory standards in Singapore is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
