Join TP Utilities Pte Ltd as a Manager/Senior Manager, Electrical Maintenance and lead critical infrastructure operations in one of Singapore's most vital industrial zones. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive electrical maintenance strategies for facilities on Jurong Island and Bukom
- Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team, providing technical guidance and performance evaluation
- Oversee yearly budget preparation and expenditure management for maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for specialized maintenance services and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in budget management and financial planning for maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance methodologies, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Experience with maintenance management systems and CMMS software implementation
- Certification in electrical maintenance or project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions
