Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate a team of outsourced service providers to ensure optimal day-to-day facilities management and operations.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Monitor service quality metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
- Lead project management initiatives for estate renovations, capital projects, and facility improvements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential maintenance issues proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all managed facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, or engineering.
- Proven track record of managing outsourced service providers and large-scale vendor contracts.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance protocols, sustainability standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced public sector environment.
