The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is seeking a visionary Manager or Senior Manager for the RoboCluster initiative. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between the public sector, private industry, and academic institutions to accelerate the growth of Singapore's robotics sector. You will identify strategic opportunities for collaboration, manage high-value partnerships, and foster an innovation ecosystem that drives economic growth and technological advancement. By leveraging your deep understanding of the industry, you will oversee the execution of partnership agreements, ensure mutual value creation, and represent A*STAR as a thought leader in the robotics community. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand the RoboCluster network and ecosystem.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain high-level relationships with key government agencies, private sector leaders, and academic institutions.
- Facilitate public-private partnerships to drive innovation, commercialization, and adoption of robotics technologies.
- Organize and lead industry forums, workshops, and networking events to strengthen community engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure strategic relevance and identify new partnership avenues.
- Report on partnership performance, ecosystem health, and ROI to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to align external partnership goals with A*STAR's technological roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or industry relations, preferably within the technology or robotics sector.
- Strong understanding of the robotics, AI, or manufacturing industry landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
