Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end fund management operations including NAV calculation, unit processing, and dividend distribution
- Develop and implement robust operational frameworks ensuring compliance with BNM regulations and industry standards
- Lead a team of operations specialists, providing mentorship and driving performance through KPI monitoring
- Coordinate with investment, compliance, and finance departments to ensure seamless fund administration
- Optimize operational workflows through process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage stakeholder communications including regulatory reporting, client updates, and investor relations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for operational vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CFA/FRM certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fund operations, with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations including Securities Commission and BNM guidelines
- Proven expertise in fund accounting, portfolio administration, and regulatory reporting
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Aladdin, Bloomberg) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
